How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the Shipping Provider website to follow your new ZAW product on its journey from our warehouse to your destination. Can I ship to international addresses?

Yes, ZAW currently ships to international destinations. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination country. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs, tariffs, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?

Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the order process, you will be given an option to “Ship to this address” or “Ship to a different address.” At that point, you can enter a different shipping address.
