Warranty Policy
Warranty Duration
ZAW offers a one-year limited warranty on all our products, including water bottles and magnetic accessories, from the date of purchase.
Coverage
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, ZAW will replace or refund, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage resulting from external causes such as accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. Please retain your receipt or any other proof of purchase.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team at infozaw.ae@gmail.com. Provide your proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and any other relevant information. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Resolution
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Replace the product with a new one.
- Issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy, typically taking approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product to ZAW for warranty service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
